About the event
Let’s get grounded.
Notice they call it Mother Nature and not father nature.
Cue awkward silence*
I wanted to create this event for a couple different reasons.
1) Get a bunch of like minded people outside to ground ourselves and connect with our natural roots.
2) Connect a lot of my introverted/extroverted friends
3) Introduce a lot of you to Cycling/Hiking/Kayaking
4) Showcase all of the amaking things you can do outdoors to regulate your nervous system.
5) MOST IMPORTANTLY, TO HAVE FUN!
The pavilion will be rented from 9am - 5pm

MORE DETAILS:
- BRING SUNCREEN!
- I am going to be bringing water to this but just to be safe always bring a reusable water bottle because you never know.
- we all love to look cute! but make sure that your clothing is appropriate (what I mean is that they are comfortable, we don't shame showing off our bodies). We do not want your clothes to wear you down or feel uncomfortable after a while. The same goes for shoes!
- food will be determined. I am coming together with a few volunteers to see how we will be fed.
- I am going to provide some granola bars as well, but feel free to bring your own snacks (once again just in case).
- i Cannot provide bikes nor kayaks, you can purchase a bike, borrow one. MOUNTAIN BIKES ONLY if you are interested in cycling. They cannot be road bikes. As for kayaks they are available for rental at the site.
